You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
It is a real innovation in the field of lamination. This new Step 4 in Gel can be used as a replacement for the classic STEP 3 in emulsion or in addition for greater effectiveness of the treatment. The advantage of this product is given by the fact that it does not require rinsing after eliminating the excess.
You can also use this product as a STEP 4 by creating a new application routine so that you can introduce it to the sale of a subsequent treatment.
We have also inserted PVP/PA into the formulation so that after application it can create a sort of protective film that stabilizes and blocks the shape obtained after the lamination treatment. The final effect is a brighter and more voluminous lamination with a WOW result! To best obtain this effect and guarantee the customer a long-lasting lamination, we recommend using this product as STEP 4.

HYDROLYZED KERATIN:
hydrolyzed derivative of Keratin. A protein that participates in the natural composition of hair. This active ingredient nourishes and strengthens the fibers of the eyelashes, making them fuller.
PANTHENOL:
Vitamin that, thanks to its ability to retain water, hydrates and gives brightness to the eyelashes.
HYDROLYZED SILK:
Silk protein hydrolysate that makes hair shiny and easy to comb. This functional ingredient improves the level of skin hydration.
SOLUBLE COLLAGEN:
Marine collagen. This protein has a film-forming action that protects the skin by improving skin elasticity.
ETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE:
Cationic molecule with conditioning, detangling and antistatic properties.
